Refund Policy
As a third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment service provider, we do not sell goods directly to consumers or offer refunds for physical products.

Refunds for Services
Refunds may be considered only for billing errors or unused prepaid services, subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the billing date.

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered, including warehousing, picking, packing, or shipping coordination.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No Refunds on Carrier Fees
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, damage, or mis deliveries. Any claims must be made directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) under their terms.
